For example, software systems perform all the following with no human input from management: Receiving payments, assessing late fees, sending pay or quit notices, lease signings, agent commissions and fees, all maintenance request are taken via the system and routed to the vendors with zero involvement by the PM, just pay the bill when it arrives, which can be automated as well.

I did get the impression that OP article subject person didn't seem as if anything was really explained to her, she was just along for the ride and trying to decipher things.It is possible that these actors above were humans with internal biases and weren't 'fairly' playing their characters, however.

The Beta's (homeless advocates) felt this was an unjust assault on the human rights of the homeless by not letting people live on the streets if they wanted to, and criminalizing the homeless was also unjust.
