expected profit is $40,000 in hot area. 4 month project.

I am curious to know where mine stand.Ferndale market is hot.

I have a seller who seems motivated to sell property for $135,000 in Desert Hot Springs, CA.

It literally ruined the experience with the house, which is unfortunate because other than being on a relatively busy city road it does have a lot to offer (gorgeous kitchen, finished basement, cedar wrapped indoor pool, 6-person hot tub). 

I had a resident whose water bill was $10,000 for a household because someone tried to reverse the reading of the water meter.Good Luck.
