(I've just retired from the military so have one income stream and health-care plan).My pre-licensing class starts in Feb and I plan to be licensed and active by Apr in Asheville NC.No real questions that haven't been answered before, just putting it out there to keep myself accountable. :)

In recent years health issues require I be more proactive in planning my future, and somewhat limit what I can do in regards to property management, maintenance and general home upkeep and house cleaning.

So I have a dilemma, I am currently taking re courses to obtain my license, however I have also started a Re inv.

Thats not counting health care or vacation time.
