But it has given me the opportunity to work with PM and deal with the long-distance.Beginning the education phase, while eliminating debt and building savings.

It’s a living room, dining room, eat in kitchen, bathroom with a stand up shower and then front and rear porches with an enclosed semi private small yard on the ground level, and then 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a pretty big walk in hallway closet on the 2nd floor.

I am still in the analysis phase as far as real estate investing was thinking of getting a realtor license just to further my education.

I'm reading the books and the blogs and in the meantime checking out deals to get a boots on the ground exposure to this new world.
