I'm looking to build a wholesaling business around SFHs here in Southern California (Riverside County, specifically), then expand in time to MFHs, possibly commercial.

Which will bring plenty of other investors and general business to the area.

Since I last posted we now have seller lead service, skip tracing, API integration for direct mail and a mobile app for managing your business on the go.

I've already stopped cash bleeding in all areas of my business over the past 45 days and I am freezing all improvement projects and released some existing staff.  

Rehab delay city allowed repairs during business hours only.

Hope to further widen my business and network through this amazing community.

You need to build your team for your real estate investing business.

They are usually run by picky retired people who love to stick their nose into your business (a generalization... but often fitting!).  

Also, I don't want to do anything illegal, I want to run the business professionally.
