As another ex-military guy, I mostly agree with Rich as @Alexander Felice :)  .

A good mentor is local, has lots of skin in the game, has a formal teaching background, and is genuinely interested in helping you.But all the mentoring in the world isn't going to instill in you the ability to keep going when the way is not clear, to keep developing and working on what you know, to help you turn you into an independent, autonomous learner, and that is a crucial part of this business.Most people want a sure-fire path to certain riches with as little uncertainty about it as possible.

I still eat through a tube but my wife has been giving me fortified liquid food by Ensure with two scoops of protein with that day's last meal. 

Ultimately the 401K  makes the brokers and managers rich while the investors get what’s left over, if anything.

If there is a seasoned investor/wholesaler/flipper that would be interested in helping me with out with some knowledge sharing, I would be happy to meet and buy the food/drinks!

While it's been great, it also hasn't made me 'rich' haha.

People here still remember 16.5% staggering mortgage rate sometimes jumps more than 1 pt in a day.The inflation stats government uses does not include cost of energy or food prices.

They claim it is like naming a fast food restaurant McDonald's Burger Joint. 

@Shmessica Shmilcott I would recommend reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.

Portland's reputation as a food/drink destination is making for strong year-round STR business (Maine is typically known for seasonality in this regard).
