@David Cruice I don't think I'd be interested in being a Realtor, it would be strictly for MLS access and saving commissions, not to mention it will help me build relationships with lenders, contractors, brokers, etc., however working at a real estate investment company for a few years definitely seems like a great idea to understand how everything works.

You can add your phone number to the do not call registry and it can help keep them from cold calling you, at least the ones that will follow the law.

All at high salaries and the company does not generate enough to cover this level of overhead--and none of them work enough to justify their so called full time positions.I know about them as I had hired them to build my boat dock and they did not follow the engineering drawings/approved permit, used number 2 lumber for supports, etc.
