If the winning bidder keeps the taxes current and the owner or record doesn't redeem, you get the deed.I doubt I would want to do tax liens as an absentee except as part of a much bigger business, and I'm not there yet.I would, however, be interested to know: if the winning bidder keeps the taxes current, does their lien still "expire"?
