Now, I haven't delved too deep into this and you need to find the right legal representation to do it, but if you are operating as a C-Corp, you can Administer the companies 401k funds for a retirement vehicle outside of the regular business of the company.

Before delving into any of these schemes, one should take a hard look at the legality and morality of such schemes.  

You see in my original post I stated that I agreed that from what I had recently learned via this BP site, foreclosures was not something that an inexperienced investor like myself should be delving into so soon.

They can always  dredge it to make it deeper, but it’s too narrow for the large shipping container boats to turn around so that keeps us out of the big time in the port Business.

Just gets fishier the deeper I go.
