For the money, there probably isn't any other local place you can go for the depth of support a decent REIA can provide. 9 out of 10 title companies are designed for the typical first time home buyer and might not understand your creative finance package for example...your local REIA can help guide you to someone that does in fact get it.I have managed to buy property found via REIA classifieds, though today it seems such publications just create too much competition.

BTW - since the lifespan of the detector (minus batteries) is 10 years (or less for some manufacturers), you just throw the whole thing away in 10 years by DESIGN.

I designed my own lease agreement Vs. the generic in the store, which a few realestate attorneys have reviewed to be pretty iron clad, with protective clauses in which applicants have to initial next to each, etc. before signing.

@David Perez My father who taught me everything real estate related.. would always say you can record the star spangled banner if you wish.Just take your document to the recorders office and record. it.. now you may have to paginate it a certain way.. but other than that anyone can record any doc you want.

We are actually GC's, developers and brokers/agents, and our son in law is an electrical contractor, our son does project management, site and architectural design, so we have a lot of things covered.
