Sure, there is Joe and Jane X living over their limits switching phones every six months and buying the largest TV they can get their hands on while living on Section 8 assistance, but there are other cases.

Signed up for Hulu and Netflix of a total of $16 a month and run that through Chromecast to my TV .

Lately though I keep seeing crazy, ugly stuff on TV and in builder models, all under the name of "Mid-Century Modern."

You learn to raise the volume on the TV as you hear the horns approaching.  

I also don't have any issue with allowing pets if the proper measures are taken Rental Insurance "Confirm there is no restrictions with a pet in the policy", get a pet deposit, clearly state what pets are allowed "I saw a TV interview the other day on a guy with a Puma for a pet...not what you want in your rental house", background check and a limit on how many pets "You don't need a puppy mill at your property either."

The renters probably well know that they have been getting an amazing deal and they don't expect it forever.Just keep in mind that this is in fact a business and the same way that Costco doesn't sell a $4500 TV for $2000, you shouldn't be selling a month of rent for $2500 too little either.  

Unfortunately, this is mentioned on tv shows, etc., as an easy way to cover up nail holes.
