You can try the different COOPs on the island, as they seem to be decent. 

Unfortunately, I do not have any recommendations but be careful on who you select.

It seems like it basically up to you to do the math on how much more you will potentially make selling each unit individually and then deciding if that extra $$$ is worth the number of extra hours you will spend.

One false move on your part could jeopardize your entire claim and expose you to potential liability.

Using a HELOC can work, but it's still a second loan on one property so I wouldn't be looking for a way to leverage one of your two properties just yet to get a third.
