POT STINKS!

I cannot legally turn away section 8 in Cook County, nor would I break the law, but I do not have to accept tenants who do not qualify based on my minimum criteria.

@Andrew Carlson This is a growing problem at some of our rental properties because MA has now become "pot friendly".

Go out, break some pots and do the very best you can to be considerate of the seller and you buyer.

Maybe some covered parking structures.Also, rent out to farmers, depending on the size.If in weed friendly state, maybe pot growers?

POT basically, and it was three months ago....    

Folding laundry, scrubbing toilets, vacuuming, cooking, lawn mowing at my house (which I hate) so I can show property, do repairs and paint at my rentals (which I really like).

What happens is the pot gets divided up among more players [casino's that is] as there is only so much money people have to 'spread the wealth' around; thus each one's profit may be diluted as other casinos are built.As for taxes going down @Austin Wark and @Ryan Vienneau, good luck with that. 

That can be a really big pot of tax-free money 15-20 years down the road if you invest it wisely.  

I shudder to think of the millions who've been killed in the name of "socialism" by Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot, Castro, Tito, etc.
