It sounds like you've done a lot of research, which is awesome, but don't be afraid to make some phone calls and start getting into the weeds!

Can call direct on the cell phone and respond promptly.

Working on my phone script trying to find a good one and tweak it to my liking.  

This young woman is only 17 years old (she lied to me over the phone stating she was 18) so that is why her father is involved I presume. 

They can also be removed easily..just a phone call, for example if you sold one.I can't answer about investors, that's a question for your insurance agent. 

I know how to search county records but I need the contact info, ie current address or phone number of the owner (who lists the half duplex as their primary).
