There is so much more I want to learn, and when I stumbled upon BP, it was almost unbelievable the amount of information I have watched/listen to/read so far this week, and still tons more to go.

You're probably awake for 16 hours, so that leaves 8 hours to grow your REI business...or watch TV, or whatever else.

I watch out for these three signs:1. 

Even though I grew up watching them do deals, and make their living in real estate, I never made a career out of it myself.

I'd not take pets in the future.Get them out prior to closing if you can.Tenant 2, raise their rent to market and keep close watch.

They have a high success rate and video lectures you can watch online at your convenience.

Watch the guys that are at the auction all of the time, get their pulse.

You probably need to watch both categories to not miss something that would be of interest.In Silicon Valley you would often want to enter different criteria for different cities.
