@Jessica Mowery while this is theoretically possible and perfectly legal, virtually all lenders want you to have cash "Skin in the game"  Both of the above posters are experts in this area.

Try facebook if you want the virtual thing but some will meet in person through meetup.com or even post here on the Bigger Pockets Marketplace.

There are groups you can join and virtual networking events to meet other syndicators who are even sometimes LPs on deals.
