What helped me overcome it (14 years in the biz and 20 years networking while in business and I still struggle with it) was Dale Carnegie's book 'How To Win Friends & Influence People'.

You will only struggle to find buyers when your deals aren't good deals.

Part of me envies that commute....I struggle to find the time for more than a podcast a week (when I'm lucky).

When someone is struggling to make ends meet they may be less likely to trust someone who appears out of their socioeconomic level.

My struggle comes in that I would prefer to sell it and move on, however to do that I think I will need to lover the price to a point where I may only break even.
