My day job is an Executive Business Coordinator which is a fancy way of saying I wear a lot of hats and have my hands on a lot of different projects (which I love).

I enjoy the side hustle and therefore, I'm joining BP to first learn, second develop strategy, and lastly execute on my vision in 3-6 months to create a real estate portfolio on the side to eventually manage full-time.

If you search this forum you will find details about investor's experience with this company.Been working with IRA Services since 2010 and from the fees stand point theirs are some of the lowest in the industry.But I think regardless of which custodian/administrator you chose to work with - you will find some level of dissatisfaction from some clients because it takes time to execute the investment and/or transaction by not having a direct access to your retirement funds.

This provides me with a fantastic base of knowledge and the skills to execute on much of that knowledge. 

I'm in the planning stages right now and trying to map out what i'm going to attempt to execute over the next 12 months to make this a reality.
