They are also working many listings at one time and have to work within their client's directive.

Wholesaling, you are going to be spending a lot of time building a buyers list, pursuing leads, buying lists, direct mail, cold calls and possibly door knocking to find off-market homes to get under contract, and then sell your equitable interest in that contract for $5000 to $10,000, depending on your market.Multi-family, you need to look at what you can afford, where you can raise money, an that will determine how many doors you are going to get (a duplex, fourplex, 8 unit, 24 unit..etc.). 

I find it easy to use and, since the information comes directly from the "big data" companies, I found the information to be accurate.Plus, a lot of the mail companies that offer lists use Listsource as a provider. 

We set up the background and credit checks for them to go in an provide there SSN directly with that 3rd party then the report comes to me.

We should be watching Xinhua and NHK for hints on what direction China and Japan are planning on going.The unofficial channels do not seem to be heard in Washington. 

More often then not it is the message.If you aren't getting calls, then your direct mail piece probably isn't enticing them to call you.
