One is worded so poorly that I sometimes have to correct my own agents on how they complete it.

I have read through a few Rich Dad Poor Dad books and have also begun listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts with a new book from a recent episode on the way as well. 

You can call some insurance companies to get actual quotes at any time, so a few phones calls can tell you if he is over paying. you also don't want to go completely cash poor to buy a deal, that's a tough gamble.
