Hi I am looking to incorporate a real estate software that manages multiple transactions for a 14 person real estate team in NJ.   

Together with my personal funds I can pull around $600K of equity for the first deal.The thing is, I was never involved in the entire closing process on a property, from A-Z, myself.

I personally like NC, but I am biased, I live here. 

I am leaning towards building a smaller 800-1,000 sqft modern cabin as a STR and for personal use throughout the year.

Hi Alya, I've personally done a lot of STR and MTR for my clients so I have a lot of experience with this.

Like for me I have a business I enjoy that produces active income I don't see myself stepping out of anytime soon, so I am prioritizing the nicer areas/properties that might not cash flow as much right now but will in the future and provide me with good depreciation to offset active income right now.Just such a personalized thing that doesn't have a one size fits all approach.  

Either a personal residential home or an investment property?
