Thought about doing a STR on something like this but that would be a lot of upfront costs ex. furniture and decorating, plus more time dedicated to managing it and I am not sure if it would generate substantially more income than renting it out long term.

We are nervous that we won't get it rented out, but worse case we can take out the furniture and look for long term tenants.

Executive Stay Hotel Housing Equivalent (ballpark $70-150/night), long apartment would rent for about 50% or less of STR fees (however the fees also pay for utilities, basic consumables, and furniture deterioration).

It's Armored BX cable, but on fuses panels, and it's 60 Amps of service to each unit, and 30 Amps (might be 60, but there was a 30 Amp fuse present) for the common (hallway and outdoors lights, as well as furnace, washer, and gas dryer).
