I recommend you continue to educate yourself and take action.

They are asking people who can afford their rent to join the strike, in the hopes of sending a more powerful message to elected officials.Some strikers say that landlords will need help, too, and that government action could be coupled with financial assistance to pay for building staff and maintenance.

Sometimes a local landlord/tenant action will NOT be recorded, so you must check county records.

While the current administration doesn't seem to care much about protecting human life, they do care very much about protecting the economy and have taken rapid, dramatic action to do so.

So if you called the plumber right away and they are booked, or needed to order parts, or some other issue causing a delay - then you are within your zone of taking reasonable action within the interpretation of the law.

So many things I would have done different, but I was hard-headed and determined to 'take action'.I think you just need to let the lenders get through this and you can apply.

Your first action step now should probably be to set some goals starting with a 5-10 year vision and working back.
