Just finished my major in Business Management and am receiving my Management and Supervision certificate this summer.I've been studying real estate for a few years now, have watched tons of videos, calculated and ran numbers on numerous properties and listings, and talked with many lenders and real estate agents, but because I don't have anyone in my circle that's well-experienced in REI's I've hesitated to pull the trigger on anything.I'm looking to fix and flip, BRRR, LTR, MTR, STR, or multi-family.

The gross revenue will range 20K-100K+ There are a few different neighborhoods and asset types that can be used for STR and MTR in the area.

Ok I guess we differ on this one aspect.. one thing is certain there are tons of fake lenders out there.

Some parts of the country it makes sense and some investors will have different uses or ways they are willing to pursue.An Investor has a lot to consider upfront and during their due diligence period buying real estate.

Currently, I don't manage a STR but we do manage our LTR ourselves (I know there are plenty of differences) and as we are currently looking for a STR to invest in, we would do it ourselves.

Fortunately, all three inspectors (from different departments) were very supportive and one inspector even stated they will not return, even if another complaint is filed.I want to offer a cash-for-keys option, but since the tenant's attorney is from a nonprofit, I feel she will fight for her tenant to stay.
