I used to have a very negative mental attitude about the calls.BUT, a few years back I started  screening the calls, to develop relationships with active realtors in order to be prepared for the future inevitable disposition of the assets.

Yes, negotiating is an important skill, but your mental capacity and enjoyment of the game counts for a lot too and you've probably learned enough already on this experience. 

It starts to seep into your own mentality, that you can't do it. 

You can access the funds for any qualified medical bill (meds, doctor, dentist, optical, mental health). 

You sound exhausted, discouraged, and mentally defeated.

The Act defines persons with a disability to mean those individuals with mental or physical impairments that substantially limit one or more major life activities.

Furthermore, it is certainly not worth the mental distraction or time to pursue recovering your loss on this scenario.
