It is not yet clear how many will be partaking in the class action, my view is still reserved on this issue and would welcome any advice from more experienced members We are trying to co-ordinate activity from this side of the pond and as a start point would welcome the kind offer of help from Scott Allan and anyone else who can point us to the appropriate DOJ department dealing with the existing instances of what is quite clearly a fraudulent activity on a massive scale.

If you are going with a massively different color than the original, try getting the primer tinted.

I think that there is way more money in retail, than it is in wholesale

It took a LOT of work and us as the GC had to eat quite a bit of charges from their errors but we did get it figured out.Without knowing the specifics of your project it may be fairly easy and not a massive deal.

Most of our shipments are to US retailers on Amazon, Ebay and websites.

In my market, similar buildings sell for around $350,000 retail.

There haven't been any retail sales for a long time in this neighborhood. 

I have a mix of res/retail/office space and use Excel.  

I do larger apartment buildings and retail single NNN and strip centers.

That keeps me safe and my momentum moving forward with out having massive amounts of cash to invest.In the areas that I invest in it seems that the multifamily market is a little top heavy right now.
