I have to say in Woodbridge, NJ we were quoted 30k on a knock down and disposal of a  2200 square foot pre 1960s two story with 1/2 story brick front. age of house matters if you have asbestos disposal to consider and region matters alot too. 

@Julie McCoyJulie, yep, that's what I did... wrote a positive review in my commentary, gave them 5 stars on communication etc. but 4 stars on cleanliness so all in all they can't be upset with their review.Thanks again all.BTW, Julie, both your stories in your post sound like nightmares.

I have heard a lot of horror stories regarding redemptions.

Long story short, we operate a couple of different businesses from home and our space in our home is rather tight to live and work efficiently.

Sounds like a sob story a tenant would write to get you  to rent to them .  

Obviously these stories make me hesitant of looking in Pueblo, but these aren't seasoned investors either.
