I figured the area was already out of my league due to the rising prices but I might have to take another look. 

i would most definitely be more interested in selling quickly, and even at a discount than if the market and my shares' values were rising.

I believe that true wealth is a net worth if you have a huge $ of cash (and hoping that it will not be eaten up by inflation).
