What are you going to do with the house.

Hi, My house was a total loss in 2021 have been struggling with finding a builder to get the house rebuilt.

After the appraisal, the house got undervalued, so the seller had to bring the price down and agree with that. 

As an example if your house was going to sell in two weeks for full price, and some random person came up to you and said I really want this house but I need six weeks to get you the money.

I live here and want a house in mountain somewhere but can never make the numbers work. 

Have you looked onto house-hacking? 

I've noticed in my area that houses that have been converted into 2 units tend to sit on the market for much longer and sell for much less than traditional single family houses with similar sqft and finishes.
