Safe and sound with a good supply of Starbucks.I haven't left since this thing started, and probably won't until it ends.I do miss going out to dinner, but I'm not complaining (will Olive Garden still be a going concern when this ends--I hope so).The people who have it rough are are those who've had W2 job losses (no work-y no eat-y).For instance the hair cutters, retail workers, etc... and those on the front lines of dealing with the public such as grocery store workers.

If your state has not implemented any sort of rent freeze/forbearance legally the tenant is still obligated to pay rent if financially able.

They are both filing for unemployment and have agreed to pay the full rent by the end of the month.It seems that this will be a sort of hit or miss depending upon tenants jobs but I’m expecting around 75-80% of people to pay in April, and will work with those who can’t.

So, we sort of compartmentalized the home by adding a curtain dividing the front and back.
