I need to tape this list on the kitchen wall.I have a tenant that thinks garbage disposer is for small garbage and the trash can is for big garbage.I am tired of having to clear clogs where the kitchen drain trap arm meets the stack.  

Things to never have in a rental...ceiling fans, garbage disposals, storm/screen doors, and those obnoxious pull out sprayers on kitchen sinks.

For now, I am just a free consultant for my landlord friends ha ha.Just today, I was walking by the dumpster outside that is under one of the old-fashioned garbage shoots, and of course, there is garbage all over the ground around it, because tenants just throw garbage into the shoot without bagging it first. 

The clutter is intense in all of the rooms, the bathrooms are dirty, there is garbage in the hallways.
