I'm currently looking into a cosmetic flip there, but just have some general questions about the high desert area.Looks like the property will need a fresh coat of paint exterior and interior, fencing on a 10,000sqft property, and siding/trim replacement, and concrete patio.Any advice or input is much appreciated!

I guess if you can sweat pipe or put sheet metal together (perhaps in a baking attic) while making phone calls, texts, forwarding documents and/or emails, etc. then you are good...Now, not every transaction is that way...
