My argument in court would be that contracts expire in six years (see A.R.S 12-548), liens for assessments expire in three years (see A.R.S. 33-1807) and, agreeing to a contract that extends to six-years is “unconscionable” and was not the intent of the contract.

Steven Hamilton II - I should have been more clear, thanks for pointing that out.You stated that the contribution was due on the date your taxes were due, I was pointing out that the taxes could be extended but after reading what I typed, I stated it backwards and left out the word "taxes".
