Thoughts?

In Michigan, the location i'm looking at has mostly houses from 1920s to 1950s for my price range, at least so far in current market.My realtor has mentioned about the asbesto Sidings which i didn't know about before.What are your thoughts on renting out a SFH with Asbesto siding? 

Last Thought:  If your parents plan on exchanging into a property with the intent of renting the property to you, make sure that they are charging you something close to fair market rent for living there. 

Most architects (and Contractors) do not like to follow up on their colleagues work.My first thought though was that you should go after the Contractor (and possibly the Architect) for non-performance.

I've even thought of buying a rental house to offer to a full time employee to move to this area but I'm not sure if that would just create more headaches in the long run)

Have you thought about Wholesaling using Privy as your source and EMD funding to help you scale faster using OPM? 

I have thought of offering them cash for keys, just unsure how that process would work.

Have you ever thought about partnering so that way you are able to still learn and get hands on experience all while actually going through the process instead of you paying someone to tell you how to go through the process.

I'm open to hear thoughts and opinions on best markets in those 2 states (or any other promising markets based on the criteria I outlined above) that I should focus on as a first-time investor.
