I am still figuring out if I want to get in this game, so I printed some myself which just have my name, e-mail, and phone without a description. 

We put solar screens on west windows even with low e glass , and insulate west facing garage doors.

As part of my Lease with a tenant, I require that they provide me with a good e-mail address and cell phone number as well as indicate weather they agree to accept texts on that number.

I went head to head with them.. but then when they knew I was not leaving and I had as much if not more purchasing power then they did.. we ended up partnering up on everything and that was great I just supplied money they did all th e work we split profits prorata to our invested dollar .. did that for 5 years.

(although they said on their rental application that it was $4200 after taxes...which may be the alimony or child support @Randy E. mentioned).
