I would sale the California property and apply that to the new TX home and save the rest for R/E Investing.

I would recommend a property management platform as @Eric Swint alluded to, so you keep your maintenance requests, rent collection, and other aspects of the property in order. 

There is no historical precedence for modern STR’s and platforms like AirBnB during a “crisis” event.

@Brandon MitchellI’m not nearly as experienced as most in this platform, you might heed their advice firsts, but I would suggest finding someone who has a team already and seeing how you can add value to it.

I prefer investing with the European crowdfunding platform because this way is more appropriate for me because it doesn't require as much money and managerial efforts and it is online.

VRBO and Airbnb platforms make it pretty easy to self manage.Find a great cleaning company that can handle turnovers and be your eyes and ears and a handyman for small repairs and you are pretty much there.You can use sites like TAKL.com to find other services that you don't routinely need.

Most of this is already in place, so the plan is to begin offering the platform to other teams/agents with some level of monthly coaching around their Chart of Accounts & expenditures.
