I can easily afford to buy a home to rehab at $180k or less with $50k to spend on the rehab, these numbers can fluctuate.I have been checking the market a lot and seen many houses that seem to be structurally sound but cosmetically destroyed for under $200k.I do not have a good work history being that I have been in school, I worked odd jobs until I came into money and took the opportunity to get a degree.

I'd hate to pick up a property just because it is cheap, but then face a nightmare trying to attract renters, renting to people who destroy the place, and maybe not being able to sell the property due to the economy, etc.

Hello Kenneth.Because you are asking questions on how do I find a person or entity for multifamily listings, you should definitely interview multifamily brokers to represent you in the transaction...including, RE Lawyers, Property Managers, Inspectors, Lenders, Contractors of all sorts, etc. ...and a multifamily broker has all of these contacts already a phone call away.Multifamily (5+ Units) investing is in an investor arena, so if you do not know what you are doing you will get destroyed.
