What kind of insurance coverage do you recommend for a fix and flip project...it will be a gut rehab as the house has extensive fire damage and everything will be replaced.

In regards to the fence, the neighbors are nice, there haven't been any problems in the neighborhood, but the houses immediately next to this house are in need of repairs, there are some loud obnoxious drunks in a neighboring house, and a few blocks down in one direction there is a public housing project.

What if the tenant does damage to it and now it has to be changed again?  

I need advice on what to do about reporting a home that is for sale in Sammamish that had an inspection report that concluded there was property damage due to improper construction.

The fights over parking and towing of cars blocking driveways was awful. 

I understand that if this option was used, then the landlord couldn't try and collect any further damages for breaking the lease.

However, the property was a tornado damaged property and he called our bandit sign. the process was like any other wholesale deal.

Honestly if it had block construction, and good bones, it would be worth it.
