Baltimore has halted all evictions and we basically are stuck because the rent courts aren’t taking cases either we recommended she file for unemployment benefits immediately and reach out to church, friends, family and local united way for any assistance they can get to pay her rent.

I agree that we need to work with our tenants, my fear where I am is it is a very "tenant friendly" state and often I find we need to make these long drawn out payment agreements with the court system which often never get paid.
