After my experiences, I would doubt my sanity if I ever invested in CLE again given what I've been through, so I am looking for (hopefully) greener pastures now that the prices are starting to moderate a bit...

Last year she quit the second home business (one that was moderately successful but not sellable because she was most of the business (she had one half time employee)).

Interest rates are moderating so waiting a bit to save will probably be an advantage.
