@George Voutsinos when a prospective accredited investor makes an outreach to me about investing, my strategy is to educate first to create a relationship that builds trust and credibility.I NEVER promise or guarantee a return to the investor and suggest you take the same approach.By the time the prospect sees one of my deals, and assuming I have done my job, the prospect should have a good feeling about how I run my deals.The returns and ROI definitely factor into their decision.However, most investors I work with don't invest in a deal.
