So not sure you get exposure faster, might actually be slower.The benefits are that you will probably be feed some business initially or maybe even throughout your career with a team no matter what position you are in....so maybe a chance at a steadier income or maybe even salary plus bonus, vs being straight 100% commission.

It's not perfect and may still put one in the laundry room but sure helps.I've even used it as a way to walk contractors around the property (with me on the phone) for quotes with some success.Almost as a bonus, it is amazing the things you see tenants do.Oren

If possible you would be better off putting 30-40% down on two different properties and trying to make them both cash flow decently, do some repairs to create value, if you can Refi later on at a better rate then your cash flow gets better as a bonus.

Ask about if you can change MOS, commitment (if any), duty station (Reserves has way more choices than your typical active duty locations), any non-deployable units(I'm in an OC/T unit that evaluates units getting ready to deploy and does not deploy), and any bonuses available.If you're set on getting out, do your research on what schooling and/or job you would get and how much you would be making and if that's conducive to your lifestyle and financial goals.
