Not saying other deals are not made for different amounts, but when a customer needs a rental and you want to take care of them, it happens.

Say you want a $15/sf tile, or a 50k kitchen cabinet, or a 80k bathroom jacuzzi, or 600/faucet, that will eventually change things over. there is no real way of telling, they vary too much.

It is a very unique and stunning property with a like-new custom house where the inspector prior to closing wanted to buy the property if I didn't because it was so well built and hardly even used with a stunning park-like scene surrounding the property .What would you do in my situation now?

You are a customer of the escrow company, as is the buyer, so there is nothing wrong with you contacting the escrow officer and finding out where they are at with the file or closing. 

(paint, trim, flooring, appliances, countertops, cabinets, closet spaces, shelving)  all these things are non-urgent that you can do at your own pace and can even make excellent projects to do with your partner and get creative.3.)

This seems to be no different than if a customer went into a restaurant kitchen and damaged their equipment, thereby preventing the restaurant from earning income.Thank you
