Both are great spots, Vis Major is the place where I typically schedule the meetups and in my opinion has some of the best craft beer as well as a really cool atmosphere.I am registered to run/jog on Sunday.Look forward to meeting you!

If your kids can test in, Lowell is one of the best high schools in the country.Location-wise, 36th and 37th ave near Judah and Taraval are the most convenient since they're close to the train lines and have plenty of street parking, which is a rare luxury in SF. 

I received a tip from an agent friend that knew it was coming to market, so I ran my numbers, prepared my cash offer with no DD and a fast closing, EM, and POFs, and submitted it the day it listed (yes, I had to pull my MIL's $$ a precious week early to do this).

I am still learning the ropes, and I view this transaction as my training wheels into off market deals with strict criteria.

I don't think it will lead to massive business but could give good training and learning.
