New here, but have been reading the forums for several months as I consider real estate investing, but am having a hard time convincing my spouse the potential "hassle" of a poor tenant is worth the benefits.Our situation includes both of us working full time w-2 jobs and our primary goal is to assist in reducing annual tax burdens. 

The house need 100-150k worth of rehab but I closed him at 215k once finished the house will be worth between 700-800k.

Campgrounds are great but remember people want and need something to do.

In my opinion, their program is worth every penny and more!!

Hi @Adrian Jones - I don't have any interest or specific knowledge in your area; but your headline said "how to sell..." so here is my two cents worth for ALL landlords getting ready to sell.

I own my house for about 360k and it’s worth near 1 million.

I went searching for her and I barely got anything I found the sister that signed her rights over but she didn’t know her whereabouts a phone number or anything and it seemed like they don’t stay in touch cause this lady didn’t have anything for me and she knew who I was and remembered the transaction but no info on her sister.

I agree with @Francis Faucher completely.Definitely not worth it to swap business models if one is working well, would be silly in most cases.A few investors and agents on my team in MA are operating in the syndication space putting investor capital to work with great returns even by today's market.

It may be worth talking with a lender about your question.

Remember that the family that is remaining only need a loan with an LTV of 33%.
