I do Industrial and Bridge painting for a living and can recognize that I have been asking the right questions just not to the right people.Justin, just remember Lead safe certs and disclosures mean nothing in courts, Lead free, now that's a different ball game.

Lying during this process will lose you the property, fetch you a hefty fine and black ball you for future offers.Always include a proof of funds letter, even if they don't require it.Here in IL you also have a 10 day - not 10 work day - inspection period and only a 5 day attorney contingency.Also be aware that the addendum has limits on the amount of debt that you can levy on the property relative to its purchase price.
