Each submarket is a little different than the next so you'll need to figure out which is right for you based on your strategy of choice.

My personal choice has been to buy properties in cash in the name of my LLC, BRRRR, then refinance them in the name of my LLC, albeit at a higher rate, through a lender like Visio, Lima One, Corevest who will loan to an LLC.  

In some cases, a lender may let you spread those skipped payments out over a few months.So if you must take the forbearance than you have no choice - take it ..
