One will limit the loan size to $650,000 and the other $750,000.What you've described are terms that would be offered to a strong bank client who doesn't need the money to do the deal.

If it's just the fact that you want it in an LLC, I would strongly suggest just dropping the LLC, getting regular financing and taking out an umbrella insurance policy.
