Since I'm going through a FHA loan I read they can be pretty strict on the requirements that the contractors have to have in order to move forward so I'm just trying to figure out the following below.1. where is a good place to find contractors?

My main interests are for low cost insulators for non-residential applications, but if I can integrate micro rebar or other enhancements and achieve a code compliant (by PSI compression test) formula, then it's a matter of finding a PE to sign off on a floor, foundation or wall application.

I personally strictly wholesale but we work with a mix of wholesalers and flippers.

Some of the houses I have looked at through my realtor have decent cash flow, but when I checked out the zip code of the properties on USA.com I see a negative growth rate in those zip codes.

I’m not sure I’m even going to pursue this though because I did some research and found that the average voucher for my zip code is well below what I’m asking.
