Let's say a seller is willing to take a seller finance offer on their property.

However if you are relying on mid term rental make sure you are in an area that is in demand.

I understand you’re new to BP (or you’d know who @Dave Foster is and why he could help you) but read your post as someone asking you for help about something you’re an expert and listen how you come off insulting, petulant, and demanding all while being unwilling to answer questions while asking for help.

Hello everyone, I was contacted by Deed street Capital since I’m doing sellers financing in one of my properties.

If I continue to pay the mortgage in the the seller's name (with out refinancing) would they claim the mortgage interest tax deduction or do I get to claim that since I am paying the mortgage and hold the deed to the property. 

The home needs pretty major renovations, but in my opinion would be worth it *if* the seller is willing to come down significantly on their asking price.
